Paradise Lost collection: the Tropical Wave showpiece sunglasses

The Tropical Wave is part of Swedish artist Viveka Gren's collection Paradise Lost which features one of a kind couture accessories. 

These wonderfully flamboyant showpiece sunnies are the very definition of wearable art, suitable for any wedding, red carpet event, or visit to the race court - or just whenever you want to feel fabulous or brighten up the day. This is your opportunity to own a piece of Viveka Gren's magically creative universe.

About the Paradise Lost collection 

The Paradise Lost wearable art collection is created to highlight the urgent problem of the destruction of one of our most important eco systems, the rain forest. 10% of the profit will be donated to WWF's rain forest projects. 

About the Tropical Wave 

Size: Universal adult size

Colours & materials: Mirrored lenses in yellow shades surrounded by branches created with olive green crystal chain. This piece is a tropical home for a beaded black, white and pink tucan  surrounded by a palm tree, hand made sequin flowers and monstrera leaves.

The Tropical Wave comes with a gold coloured removable neck chain, which helps you not to displace your new all time favorite sunnies. The neck chain also let you wear these sunglasses on your chest, like a necklace. 

Please note that due to the settings of your phone or computer, the colours of the pictures might vary slightly.

Quality and technical info: All my sunglasses are created on CE marked bases with UV filter. This piece is based on a category 4, UV 400.

The Tropical Wave are heavier than a regular pair of sunglasses, however, they are still comfortable to wear due to adaptations made such as broader silicone nose pads.

I recommend to get used to wearing these art sunglasses little by little, to wear them for shorter periods in the beginning to get used to the weight. Let your body adapt, it's like learning how to walk in heels.

Even if the adornments do not hinder the vision, I do not recommend that you drive a car while wearing these beauties. Leave that to someone else. You just enjoy the ride, darling. ❤️

Care: The Tropical Wave sunglasses are an art object, and should be treated as such. Take care when handling. Avoid anything that can scratch the lenses, like laying them on a table with the lenses down towards the surface. To protect the mechanism of the sunglasses, one should never wear a pair of glasses on the head, like a headband. It will with time damage the mechanism.

Can be wiped with glasses cleaning pads, or a damp, luke warm cloth.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment plans are always possible. You can choose between making a normal purchase and pay the full amount and get your piece of art shipped right away, or you can choose one out of two payment plans.

Choose of you wish to pay 25% or 50% of the price as a first payment. The rest of the payments are divided into equal sums and paid monthly until the full price is paid. After I recieve the final payment, your piece will be sent to you. 

There are no extra charges or adminitrative fees connected to choose a payment plan - I simply divide the price and send you a digital invoice by e-mail or PayPal. 

Choose between the following options:

- Full price, one payment = 6 500 kr

(Ships upon purchase)

- Payment plan, 25 % first payment = 1 625 kr

(first payment is paid in the webshop, the next three payments are paid by a digital invoice monthly. Your piece is shipped once the final payment has been made.)

- Payment plan, 50% first payment = 3 250 kr

(first payment is paid in the webshop, the next two payments, each 50% of the remaining sum, are paid by a digital invoice monthly. Your piece is shipped once the final payment has been made.)
