The Pride of Iris are the Pride version of the Iris earrings, which means that 10% are donated to Regnbågsfonden, a Swedish NGO working to strenghten HBQT people's rights and safety across the globe.
The earrings are inspired by the Goddess whom personified the rainbow. The ancient Greeks considered Iris the female counterpart of Hermes. She served as a messenger from Mount Olympus and was by many Greeks viewed as an important link between mortals and the realm of the gods. Her name combined the Greek words for “messenger” and “the rainbow” to signify her dual role.

About the collection:
The Deusa ex Machina collection is inspired by the female deities and Goddesses of Greek Mythology. Each design is inspired by and named after a Goddess. For example, with a little bit of imagination one can see the pommegranate in the design of the Persephone earring, and growth in the Demeter earring.
Each design is created with a one of a kind touch, meaning that the colour combos in adornments will not be repeated, thus each piece is numbered with Roman numerals in the order they were created.
