The Blue Marguerite Dreams is part of Swedish artist Viveka Gren's Bumblebee Dreams collection, a collection of one of a kind sunglasses and accessories, each piece carefully handmade with her unique artistic touch and featuring her signature hand made metal flowers.

This collection is created to raise awareness regarding the importance of biodiversity and the role of insects and bees to out planet's well being, and 15% of the profit will be donated to local Swedish projects organized by Naturskyddsföreningen aiming to save the bees and preserve biodiversity.

Due to the recent horrific circumstances, I've created a couple of sunglasses within this collection which on top of the original purpose of supporting biodiversity projects,  also donate 100 kr (aprox €10) to organizations working to help the Ukraine people. Any tip added to the checkout will also be donated to the Ukranian cause.

Colours & materials: Round sunglasses with blue lenses, adorned with sparkling rhinestones in a bright shade of blue and my hand made signature metal/acrylic flowers.

The sunshades comes with a matching neck chain. We don't want these beauties to get lost!

Size: Universal adult size

Weight: 32 gr

All sunglasses are created on CE marked bases with UV 400 filter. This piece is based on a category 3.

Care: The Blue Marguerite Dreams sunglasses are an art object, and should be treated as such. Take care when handling. Avoid anything that can scratch the lenses, like laying them on a table with the lenses down towards the surface. To protect the mechanism of the sunglasses, one should never wear a pair of glasses on the head, like a headband. It will ineviatebly damage the mechanisms sooner or later. When removing your glasses, use both hands to grip on the sides.

Can be wiped with glasses cleaning pads, or a damp, luke warm cloth.

Sustainability footprint: 5 % upcycled materials

Please note that due to the settings of your phone or computer, the colours of the pictures might vary slightly.
